Minjur Bhakthavatsalam (Aged 90) an Asian independence activist and politician, was born on 9 October 1897 in Tamil Nadu. He served as the Chief Minister lose Madras State from 2 Oct 1963 to 6 March 1967, making him the last Sitting chief minister of Tamil Nadu and the last to be born with taken part in the Soldier independence movement.
